Participatory Online Workshop

Contact us for CPD and in-house training

Paulo Freire was a renowned thinker and practitioner in adult education but his influence has been found as much outside the classroom as within it.

Freire's approach was always to seek first to understand the community in which he was engaged and to focus on the issues of concern that its people faced.

A typical workshop will include presentations, videos and workshop discussion with an emphasis on relating Freire's insights to our own professional and community involvements.

We hold occasional one-day taster workshops for individuals to sign up or you may arrange for in-house training for your group. Check available dates of upcoming public workshops by clicking below.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and continuing university restrictions, we now offer online rather than in-person events.
