How do I access your consultancy support?
If you complete the form above, we will let you know within one business day whether we may be able to help, and if so will send you a link to purchase one session or a block of sessions. Upon purchasing the consultancy, you will receive instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. If you are unable to find a suitable time, please contact us for assistance.
Can I purchase consultancy more than once?
Absolutely! Consultancy is not a one-off process, but by booking individual sessions it may give you the flexibility to use it when you need it. Depending on the type of support you need, we may offer a programme of sessions.
What happens if I change my mind?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a free 30-minute onboarding session when you first book consultancy in able to understand what you are looking for and for you to be clear what we can offer. If you decide not to go ahead, we will refund the cost of your first session and any time that you have paid for but not used.
