We offer mentoring to individuals in professional, community, issue-based and faith-based organizations. This enables you to develop an awareness of the particular skills or resources which could benefit your work.
We work flexibly to meet the needs of your organization. We can offer you specialist help where appropriate or direct you to other possible sources of advice and support.
To realize this goal, we have established a mentorship programme where emerging leaders are paired with seasoned professionals who embody Freirean principles. For individuals we help them:

Develop transformational leadership skills: Trust building, motivating people into action and leading through dynamics of complexity.

How do I access mentoring?
If you complete the form above, we will let you know within one business day whether we may be able to help, and if so will send you a link to purchase one session or a block of sessions. Upon purchasing the mentoring, you will receive instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. If you are unable to find a suitable time, please contact us for assistance.
Can I purchase mentoring more than once?
Absolutely! Mentoring is not a one-off process, but by booking individual sessions it helps you to use it when you need it. If you would rather have regular appointments scheduled in advance, just let us know.
What happens if I change my mind?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a free 30-minute onboarding session when you first book mentoring in able to understand what you are looking for and for you to be clear what we can offer. If you decide not to go ahead, we will refund the cost of your first session and any time that you have paid for but not used.
