Can I purchase research services more than once?
Absolutely! There are many different types of support that may be needed, and often it will require a programme of support over a number of months. However, there may also be occasions when ad hoc support is required over a short period of time.
What happens if I change my mind?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a free 30-minute onboarding session when you first book research support in able to understand what you are looking for and for you to be clear what we can offer. If you decide not to go ahead, we will refund the cost of your first session and any time that you have paid for but not used.
